「The house is as stylish and capacious as the booking information suggests! We made full use of the cool indoor spaces and the pool during our stay at the height of a heatwave. Macqueville and the nearby villages are very quiet and we experienced the slightly unreliable hours of the village shop and restaurant. Booking there is essential. Also a special mention for Dave who was very helpful. 」

「Notre séjour s'est extrêmement bien passé. Notre hôte a été d une gentillesse et d une hospitalité sans faille. Les petits présents lors de notre arrivée renouvelés pour la deuxième semaine ont été particulièrement appréciés. Le logement est très propre. Les équipements de la maison sont suffisants pour passer un séjour sans encombres. Calmes,paisibles...vous passerez des vacances reposantes.La voiture est indispensable 」

「We had a wonderfully peaceful and relaxing fortnight. The gite is spacious, very clean and comfortable with everything you could need - a real home from home. Lovely pool which we used almost every day. Situated in a small hamlet but only a short drive to the nearest shops and plenty of places of interest a little further afield. 「Petite maison au calme, très confortable et d’une extrême propreté. Le jardin est charmant. Très jolie région, côté mer et côté terre. L’accueil de Brigitte et Jean-Luc est vraiment à souligner, ils sont extrêmement sympathiques tout en restant discrets. Séjour vraiment très agréable.
