“Master bedroom tub had hair and soap scum in it. Bathroom sink drains very slowly. Hairdryer did not work. Exhaust fan very noisy. Bathroom rug is dirty and should be replaced. Window in adjoining suite has to be pushed closed from the outside. Mold in sauce pan in cupboard. Dogfood on the floor. No communication with the host after we booked the condo. We didn’t have any contact information or instructions regarding checking. After we found the front desk they were extremely helpful. Before……

“This place worked out great. Clean studio inside a larger hotel-like building. The shuttle for winter park picks up right at the building (door q) and drops off at the WP ski resort. ”

“We had a blast! Blake was very accommodating in letting us check in early if we need and if the cleaning crew were out before 3. We didn’t need it though. The code for the outside common area was confusing as you have to punch in a lot of numbers but it wasn’t the owners fault. It makes it harder when you want to use the facility. I hope that as a property overall, SilverCreek continues to make improvements. I worked at the hotel about 20 years ago, and not much has changed in the property during that time, but I did see things happening on this trip that were encouraging.”
