Property and room was extremely clean. Stacy at the front desk was excellent to deal with, The only complaint would be to clean more throughly around the shower bar, use a fine toothbrush to clean it.

Staff were so nice and accommodating - the room however was not the cleanest. Stains all over the sheets and pillows, even the wall, but when brought to staffs’ attention they made it right. Overall a great stay for the price!

We stayed two nights and it was a very positive experience overall. Nice suite, nice staff, good breakfast. Only question I'd have is why they didn't come in and at least change the towels during the day we were out, Still would highly recommend based on our experience and would choose again when in the area.

The staff and especially Stacey, were very accommodating and wonderful during our unplanned stay in Grand Forks. Gave us shopping, restaurant and activities ideas that were in walking and biking distance while we were waiting for our vehicle to be repaired. Smaller hotel so can get more personalized treatment. Hot tub was the right temperature but the pool was a little on the cool side. Room was very clean and tidy and spacious, thank you Stacy! Breakfast had a good variety of food and drinks to choose from both hot and cold. Would definitely recommend.

Our door didn’t lock most of the time, there was food on the floor next to the beds that wasn’t vacuumed, the room was humid and slightly musty.

Decent location. Friendly and easy check in and out. Quiet. Room however was not as clean as one would hope. Stray hairs in the bathroom, on the walls, floor and counter. Thick dust / grime around the edge of the counter, obvious it hasn’t been cleaned in a while, I did use a cloth to wipe and it came up black. The carpet had not been vacuumed very well, we were stepping on pebbles. Bedside table and lamp had a layer of dust. Beds were clean and relatively comfortable so we just sucked it up and dealt with it for the two nights we were there.

The Staff there has always been good to me and my family. I’ve stayed there quite a few times over the years to go watch the racing at the speedway. They always help me out getting a room close to the parking lot as I am travelling with kids and I am doing all the loading and unloading as we travel. I’d really like to say thank you to them all Personally and have done so every I go there. Thank you Stacey , Sam , Michele, Rachel And Fatima. Always friendly and respectful!!! And the place is spotless clean nothing gross or dirty hallways. I will be back again.
