It's as good as it looks!

It's a beautiful condo on the top floor overlooking the harbor and the lighthouse. It's right across from the nightly musical fountains. It was very clean and well-appointed, including full kitchen. We would stay there again!

A Little Slice of Haven

We enjoyed our stay very much. The 3 balconies were wonderful - little different views of the channel, musical fountain, and sun/shade. Even tho it is on the main drag the quality of doors/windows kept things quiet at night.

Beautiful view! Close to everything!

Beautiful property with lovely view of the water and nightly fountain show from balcony. Shops close by. Doable walk to the beach, but you might want to drive if you take a lot. Unit was clean and roomy, perfect for us!

Great vacation getaway

This condo was perfect for my sister and me to get away for a few days. Two bedrooms and two baths; her bedroom had a skylight and mine had a balcony. There were a total of three balconys, as well as every kitchen utensil and appliance that could be desired. The condo was clean and well-kept; we found a lovely note from the manager including tips on local restaurants and attractions. We were grateful for the luggage racks, as we were on the third floor. The building was quiet, and convenient to the waterfront, restaurants and shops.

Wonderful Condo

We stayed three nights in this great condo. Very easy checkin with key box and keypads on outside doors. The condo is very nicely furnished. Lots of space to spread out. Three small balconies with a view of the river. Convienent location....walk the pier or into town. Well stocked kitchen with most everything needed to cook. Coffee pods are a nice thoughtful touch. There is only one parking space (which would be tight for a large SUV)....so if you need a second parking space make sure you mention it to Cheryl so she can reserve you a visitor space (there are only four). Cheryl is a pleasure to work with. Thanks for the prompt refund of my security deposit.

Nice condo, great location

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Easy check-in. Elevator and rolling carts made 3rd floor condo easy to get to. Great water views! Watch nightly fountain show from balcony, you can even hear the music perfectly. Nice accommodations, roomy and well maintained. Ice machine available on first floor. Kitchen lovely and well equipped. Easy walk to shops and restaurants. Pronto pups and ice cream shops two doors down, yum! Beach is a little further. It is walkable but if you are carrying a lot you might want to drive. Beach parking at state park entrance is $9. Nice bathrooms at beach and food trucks! Great long weekend trip with large group staying in multiple units. This condo was definitely the best. Would stay again.

Family vacation

We enjoyed our stay in the condo. We’ve been renting various condos in this building for 5+ years. It’s a great location , convenient to restaurants and downtown businesses. We felt like this condo needed a little tweaking. No hangers anywhere in the closets ( bought some at Walmart), extra bedding stuffed in closet and the dresser in the master bedroom. Could be stored in bins or taken out of condo until needed. Also the bed in the master was almost impossible to get in due to a very thick mattress pad. A stool is needed if you are 5’4” or less! It prevented the bottom sheet from staying tucked under. The railing on the balconies are in bad need of repair. None of this prevented us from enjoying our vacation but at the high rental fees charged , details matter.

loved the balconies to watch the boats and people watch. Clean place, lots of light being a corner unit. Convenient to walk to shops and restaurants. Just unfortunate how much more the condo costs with all of the fees added-extra 54%!

We do not like a sky light over the bedroom

Kept the other couple awake during a storm all night. Parking was tight but workable. did not talk to the property management since we did not think the sky light could be fixed.
