「We absolutely loved our time on Lake Champlain! The house felt welcoming the moment we walked in — spotless, cozy, and thoughtfully stocked with everything we could need. Waking up to those beautiful lake views was pure magic, and having such easy access for our jet ski made every day an adventure. We also had a blast discovering some amazing local restaurants. This place truly made our trip special, and we can’t wait to come back!」

「We’ve stayed at a variety of places in the Adirondacks, and this was one of our favorites. Spacious, well appointed house, plenty of watercraft to keep our boys busy, a spectacular view from the covered front porch, and dog friendly, which we really appreciate. Jonathan took us out on the boat twice during the week. Considering that renting a boat for just half a day at the closest marina 350 or more, this is an incredible deal and benefit to staying at this location. We grilled and ate outside...

「The house is very conveniently located to many restaurants and other convenience.We stayed for 3 weeks as a family of 5 and the house never really felt "too small" despite being snowed in for a few days. We visited for most of January during Heavy snow! Price Chopper, the closest grocery, is surprisingly well stocked with name brand items at, as the name suggests, good prices. It was our favorite nearby location for groceries, but we Also went to Healthy Living quite often as it's where there is...

「Very comfortable, well-appointed house in a great location! It had everything we needed and more: towels, bedding, toiletries, a fabulous shower, Keurig machine with K-cups, laundry facilities…..My teen boys were thrilled to have their own separate beds (one was a pull out couch). I loved the bench under the weeping willow tree as a spot to have my coffee and read. Would definitely stay here again!」

「Everything was as listed. I spent very little time there and didn’t cook any meals, so can’t comment on the kitchen. Greatly appreciated the air conditioner units as it was super hot and humid during my visit (mid-July). 」

「Valcour Cottages was the perfect escape for a lake house vacation! The house was clean, perfect view of Lake Champlain, and provided wood for fire pits at night. We were able to use the tubes we brought to swim on a calm water day (there are steep steps to the water, but also a couple close beaches) The Cottages are near some gorgeous hikes! We hiked to the top of Rattlesnake Mountain and cliff jumped at Flumes Falls. Adirondack River Rental made Kayaking perfect along Ausable River! The host...

「This was our second year staying at the Big Yellow Camp. Another wonderful week. The check in process was easy, the owners are always available and very helpful. The house has so much character, it feels like home. We enjoyed the space and were very comfortable with 12 adults and three kids age 6 months - 4 years old. You cannot beat the view and beach access! 」

「The property is beautiful. We were so fortunate to find this home. We were in town for a lacrosse tournament and didn't get to enjoy the house nearly as much as we would have liked.
