About this property
Cozy House - Close to biking/Pet Friendly
- Come relax in 850 sq feet of style and charm. Originally built in the 1940's, this log cabin was ready for some new life. We completely renovated the space in 2021. The space has vaulted ceilings and a gas fireplace. It's located on a corner lot with completely fenced in parking and lots of privacy. The cabin is conveniently located 2.2 miles from the Tabegauche Trailhead (biking trails), 2.8 miles from Colorado Mesa University and 2 miles from downtown GJ. You will be 2 mins away from a grocery store, liquor store, and a yoga studio!
****Dogs**** We are happy to host your dogs. There is a $50 non refundable fee required with a 2 dog maximum. Please be respectful of our home and clean up after them. Thank you for helping us keep this space pet friendly.
