Hello Hello! We know you have a choice in where to stay during your vacation and we appreciate you considering this property. When you stay here, you are supporting a veteran owned business. We look forward to welcoming you soon!

If you are looking for an outdoor oasis in Fruita, you have found it! This studio includes two queen beds and sleeps four comfortably. You may bring one queen air mattress along with you to extend sleeping space. Please reference rate information for more than four guests.

Located on a huge piece of private land, this property is all about the outdoors and enjoying the people you are with. Included is a pond, fire pit, horseshoe pit, cornhole, a disk golf course and outdoor bar. Throw in the charcoal and gas BBQ grills with a covered outdoor dining area and you have the makings for a very relaxing vacation.

While you might be leaving the TV behind, the property does have WIFI so that you will not completely disconnect.

The owners, Winne and Jim, are on site and love to host travelers from all over the world!
Please note: Events and gatherings outside of booked guests are not allowed at this property.

Close to many great adventures
This property was close to many of the things we wanted to experience in Colorado - Black Canyon of the Gunnison, Colorado National Monument, Grand Mesa National Forest and dinosaur museums. The Bunkhouse is on wonderful property with many fun things to do. It's one main room had plenty of space and the air conditioning kept it very cool in the 100+ heat outdoors. The owners and property manager were excellent and helped us enjoy our stay. We had fun cooking on the electric skillet as it did not have a stove but it worked just fine. We had a fantastic time and I highly recommend this property.

Complete Retreat! Relaxing and fun
Wow! Perfect for our family of five. So many amenities. We loved the horseshoe pit, bocce ball, and corn hole. We grilled bison steaks and enjoyed the outdoor dining area. The pond and flowing river were peaceful. Enjoyed a bonfire on our last night. Immaculately maintained property. Uniquely decorated bunkhouse. Private and beautiful. One of the best parts was the spacious and enjoyable shower experience.
