「Had a great stay at Ian's place. You can't get more convenient to downtown. Everything is within walking distance. We only stayed one night, unfortunately, but didn't need to drive anywhere for restaurants, shops, or access to the lake, which was a good thing since we were there on a weekend in the middle of summer and parking was at a premium. The unit itself was clean and well appointed and we made use of the washer and dryer after the previous few days of hiking in RMNP. It met all our needs...

「We booked for three nights. The air conditioning wasn’t working, phone number for contact was incorrect, I had to call VERBO to get a working number, there was no person on the property to address the issue, temperature got to 81 degrees never got below 77 degrees overnight even with a window open. Smelled bad and wasn’t very clean. The carpet was terribly stained and the ,coffee table was very worn nothing like the photos on Verbo. we only stayed one night however Matthew did offer another cabin...

「The place was in great location, near Grand Lake. It was spacious. Few things that really bugged us:1. Property was not thoroughly cleaned. We found food scraps under the bunk beds 2. We found hair strands on the beds 3. The garage door couldn’t lock from the inside 4. Dish washer was not emptied and we had to put the dishes away ourselves. 5. Some wear and tear that shouldn’t be there for a property with this price range, for example: dining room chair had some broken pieces, no tablespoons...
