We had a wonderful stay in Grand Lake. Beautiful area and just minutes from Rocky Mountain National Park. The studio was clean, quiet and peaceful. Most comfy couch we’ve sat in for a while ! We didn’t have any need to contact the host during our stay, but the communication upcoming and after the stay was great. Would happily recommend for travels to the area

Nice hideaway in the woods

This was a very cute basement apartment that had all that I needed. I even saw some moose and a fox!

Pleasant stay

Simple, clean, pleasant walk out basement studio. Perfect for a short stay if you don't plan on doing a lot of cooking cause the kitchen area is compact. I found it challenging to use the electric plate for cooking but that's probably because I've never used one and pretty much burnt my dinner but that's on me (maybe some instruction would be helpful) Love the quiet area with lots of trees and a big drive way. My chihuahua loved sunbathing in the morning in front of the all glass entry doors.

Beautiful Lower Level, Great Location!

I would stay here again! Joe's place was beautiful. Pros: Clearly hand-crafted studio and a cozy, cabin feel. The concrete floors were heated which was essential for our stay since it was majority 0 degrees F outside. Great, quiet, and safe location! Good price! TV w/ great surround sound, nice shower with hot water, comfortable queen bed! Joe was kind and personable. Was easily able to get in touch with the management team to add on our dog to the stay! PET FRIENDLY! Cons: There were three slightly different sets of check-out instructions (one from the cleaner, one from Joe, and one in an email from the property manager). Not that big of a deal, I just like consistency. The coffee maker wasn't cleaned (old coffee left in the pot), but that was more the fault of the prior guests versus the cleaning crew per the checkout instructions.

Clean and Cozy

Nice clean and cozy place. They have a nice kitchen where you can make most meals. Only 10 mins drive from town so easy to grab food though the neighborhood is long and would be easy to get lost in without GPS. Nicely plowed neighborhood though!

Quiet mountain getaway

I enjoyed the peace and quiet this location provided while being close to town, several lakes and skiing. The airbnb has all the amenities needed.

Will be back - amazing host and view.

I highly recommend this property it’s within minutes from Grand Lake town center. (Grab coffee at the local bakery). 30 mins to winter park and anything else you could need or want. The host is extremely nice and helpful. I brought my dog along and this property was perfect for that! Will definitely be returning!

Comfortable studio help relax after a day of adventure.

Clean, great location with everything we needed. Looking forward to going back in the summer. The reclining sofa helped us relax after a full day of cross-country skiing. We had no issues getting in and out of the driveway even with the snow fall we have during the evening.

Perfect for 2 people.

The owner was awesome, kept it professional and even gave us some summer time fishing tips for lake Granby. The condo was clean and nicely updated. Entertainment center had a nice big screen t.v. along with an nice surround sound system. As always be careful driving in the winter, the roads to the property were plowed however there are some steep roads and sharp turns. Otherwise, I will definantly stay there again in the future.
