「Wonderful little place within walking distance of downtown! 」

「We enjoyed our stay here. What keeps coming to mind is, "good but not great." That's okay, though, and we couldn't find anything better in the same price range when we booked it.」

I know Grand Lake isn’t really a big secret, but this place was right on the Boardwalk, walking distance to everything, including the Lake. I can’t wait to go back. 「The home itself is cozy, clean and well situated within the town. Walking distance to the lake, shops and food. We walked nearly everywhere. We visited mid May before tourist season started. It felt like we had the town to ourselves. The back patio leads right to the water and it’s just a beautiful background noise to keep calm. 「Baby got sick the first night. Pull out couch was horrible. I needed to sleep with her because of fever and non stop crying… the couch mattress was so bad I had to sleep on the floor. My husband said the queen bed was terrible. We left after the first night, which was not your fault but could not be Tortured with another sick night in those conditions. $640 out of my pocket to be very uncomfortable. The property was clean but in no way okay for 4 people, little alone 3. Honestly would not go...

「Overall a great place to stay for the price range. Everything was fully furnished and comfortable. Close to Grand Lake and still secluded enough to enjoy a peaceful time. Very accommodating for late check out and our children loved the board games. We will be back. Be opened minded enough to know the property owners are not responsible for housekeeping, we found the place dusty and with dog hair everywhere but we just let them know and cleaned up with the supplies available and enjoy our stay.」

「This condo is spacious with beautiful views. We had a relaxing and quiet weekend. The condo was clean and the king size bed was very comfy. Our only complaint was we could not find the place. We had to call the local rep for help. Later we realized our arrival instructions did not include a unit number, just the main address. So, before you go, make sure you have a unit number!」

「We enjoyed the beautiful property and its location to eating, shopping and hiking. I did have a little bit of trouble figuring out the parking garage and where to enter/ exit the hallways, but once in, we enjoyed it thoroughly.」

「Property was as described. The beds were attractively built but difficult to get in and out of because of the way they were constructed. Second floor bedroom and bath were not connected which wasn’t optimal. But overall, we were very satisfied with the property.」

「We’ve had 2 family vacations here and like it for the price and location. The owner is great. Hot tub, grills and outdoor fire pits and seating areas are great. Cabins themselves are run down but not a huge inconvenience. 」
