“House was perfect for us. It’s next door to RMNP, but we didn’t need to leave the deck for incredible mountain views. The house, kitchen, and bathrooms were well stocked with everything we needed.”

“Wonderful location, with convenient access to the lake and many restaurants, bars, etc. My wife and I were able to go cross country skiing on frozen Grand Lake, which is just a few hundred feet away. Rental is very clean and modern throughout. The owner, Erick, is very kind and a good communicator. We had a great time and hope to return again soon!”

“This house was exactly as pictured and described: cozy, incredible views, spotless, and arguably the most well stocked kitchen of a vrbo home. It provided the perfect jumping off point to experience all of Grand Lake’s winter activities: ice fishing, RMNP, snowmobiling, ice skating. The check-in process was seamless and communication with the owner was timely and he was very responsive. We will absolutely be back to Grand Lake and, without hesitation, will stay here. Just a perfect mountain……

“House was wonderful. Very peaceful setting with amazing views. Owners were great with communication. We were able to watch a mama and young moose graze the property on several occasions. The location is great as it is close to the shops and restaurants in Grand Lake and easy access to Rocky Mountain National Park, yet secluded and relaxing! Highly recommend.”

“House was a perfect starting point for our group. Although there wasn’t enough snow to ride to the trails it was quick and easy to trailer. The house is absolutely stunning and well cared for. Well stocked kitchen and top of the line appliances kept us in each night cooking for the group. I was quite pleased to see the community has a zero tolerance for noise or any other obnoxious behavior listed right on the rules of the house. Nothing worse than loud neighbors. Would love to return one……

Grand Lake is a beautiful, quaint town with cute, ritzy shops and marvelous access to the great outdoors.”

I have a cabin up here and wasn’t able to stay there for my birthday weekend and this place made me feel right at home. I will absolutely stay here again!”
