Wonderful Condo in Perfect Location

Great studio in the perfect location. Parking right outside front door. You can literally park and leave the car parked...all of the town, marina, and lake are easy walking distance. Large kitchen, comfortable seating area with a large TV, and a very comfortable bed. Really nice bathroom- shower is great! Communication with property manager super easy, responded verybquickly to a question.

Great Location

The unit was a perfecit fit for a weekend with the family. Great location made it easy to get coffee in the morning. Lunch from one of the restaurants on the property then enjoy the courtyard while dining made for a easy break to the day after a morning hike. Shops and dinner were right down the boardwalk as well. The unit was clean, accessible and parking right in front. The host was attentive although we didnt have any issues while staying. Will tell others about this place and come back!

First time using VRBO, was not sure who to talk to when I arrived. Was on hold for 15 minutes when I called. However, I sent a text message and owner callled me within 5 minutes and said he forgot to give us a code. But he sent it to us, via text, then called to apologize. Everything was smooth thereafter. Very comfortable place, nice shower, nice towels, dishes and cookware available. Even had some items in cupboard for us to use so we did not have to shop for them! I only used a couple of teaspoons of sugar for a cold brew coffee I brought. The ad does say “steps from the lake” and that is true. However, it does make you think you would see the lake from your room. Lake access is about a 0.15 mile walk using paved roads. A better description might be “lake and other shops and restaurants in town are a very short walk away”. I am very satisfied with the place and would stay their again.

We made a quick trip to Grand Lake and truly enjoyed our stay at this lovely condo. It was close to everything but also tucked behind the main store front so it was nice and quiet in the evening. Close enough to walk to the restaurants, shops, and in particular the ice cream shop overlooking Grand Lake! We would stay here again at the next chance we get.

Enjoyed the newness and especially the location of this studio unit. Roomy spaces even though it is a studio. Large bathroom and nice to have a washer/dryer. Enjoyed the walkability to many area sights, restaurants and of course, ice cream shop by the water (the best homemade in the area!). Would definitely stay here again. We had a great time. This property is right in the middle of Grand Lake. It is surrounded by mountains and just a few minutes from the West Entrance to Ricky Mountain National Park.

Quick Mountain Getaway

Great location!! Right in the middle of historic Grand Lake. Easy access to everything. Property was very neat, well maintained and upgraded nicely. The only thing I would add would be window shades for the two higher windows as the street light shown in. Overall excellent property with great access.
