“The host of this property knows the value of providing a clean, safe, well equipped home away from home!!This is my family's second time at this property, and if available again when traveling, it'll be a third time.Communication was always timely, clear and precise Thank you”

“Nice place. Minor issue taken care of quickly. Great communication with the host.”

“Beautiful place! Really enjoyed the balcony and the view!”

“Great stat, no issues. Very helpful host.”

“Immediately found several cockroaches in the room. Bed linens were ripped. Window was broken and could not be closed. Immediately checked out and requested a refund.”

“I am sad to report, it’s the first time I left and found a new hotel to stay in within 5 minutes of arriving.”

“Place is definitely worth the money and I will definitely be coming back soon!!”

“This place was so cute! The neighborhood was great for walks, all of the neighbors we past were very friendly, and it was a perfect location to not be in the city but still be within a 10 minute drive from it. The nearest grocery store is only 5 minutes, the nearest gas station is 2. The host is amazing! She is extremely helpful and quick to respond. My only two minor comments would be the dishes, it looked like the last tenants pulled a grandpa Joe, licked the silverware and called it clean,……

“The room was excellent, we enjoyed the stay. The coffee pot stopped working in the second day and they sent someone over immediately to take a look. It was replaced by the time we returned to the room later that same evening. The only thing that put us off a bit was we received a message the day before our stay that said: to complete your stay please choose one of the following:1) Pay 300 today with no refund to cover any damages. Or2) Put 1000 HOLD on your credit card for damages. Hold will……

“Cute little place to stay if you need a quick stay or don’t plan to spend all day in it. Spent the weekend there and it was a comfortable place. However if don’t plan to eat out a lot, there’s not much to cook with unfortunately. If you do eat out though, the restaurant below is fantastic.”

“We booked the house for 6 people. There is only seating for 4 people in the living room, and exactly 6 forks. There were only 4 glasses to use. There are no hooks for towels in the main, not claustrophobic, shower. We had a fun time but the house was "tolerable." The basement is very nice with ping pong and fuzz ball. I notified the host about a nail sticking up out of a step and got nothing back. Upstairs bathroom is very nice. We did not use the washer/dryer but they were also nice. Overall we……

“This is a rather unique property and rental experience. Listing could be more clear that you are renting part of an occupied home. The interesting part being that it is a vintage mansion with an incredible fantasy art collection on display throughout. Personally found it very cool and interesting. Might not be for everybody, hence some reviews that are pretty negative... it's just not your typical rental experience. Normies are better off at a Holiday Inn Express, but if you want to chill in a……

“Everything about this home was perfect for a girls trip to Rock the Country concert! House was stocked with everything we needed and more! Plenty of space, very clean & chic vibe!! We all love it!!”

“Great communication, great place to stay . perfect location”

“We were here with our 4 grandchildren. We had a great time, the house was clean, the beds comfortable. We did have a problem with the air-conditioning, which our host Michael called a professional and had it fixed for us that evening.”

“Beautiful location! We enjoyed our three night stay!”

“HK is a cute little themed spot to stay. Perfect for a little spice for a reasonable price! If you are looking for higher end/luxury, this may not be the place for you. But if you are looking for a cozy, clean, and quiet place to stay, it will definitely check all of those boxes! Host was very responsive, hospitable, and very kind! Highly recommend!”
