Great customer service and a decent room for the price, as you will not find anything less expensive in the whole City. Ice machine was broken but other than that, no issues! A little road noise early in the morning but not bad.

The Inn needs some updating. But I think they are working on that. It was clean and the price was right for us as all we needed was a place to sleep. The staff is very helpful, accessible and accommodating. We didn’t realize we were supposed to leave our dirty towels outside on the cement if we wanted clean ones. That practice seemed a little odd. We did enjoy our stay in Grand Marias so it was good for us.

The front desk staff were welcoming and helpful.Though, I felt that the amenities were insufficient. The refrigerator barely cooled our food and there was no microwave in our room. Also the bathtub stopper did not work to allow for a bath. I dont have any plans to stay there again in the future.

Staff was great. Lobby had ice, snacks, light breakfast options, etc. The back of the building was a bit ghetto and not pleasing to the eye. Rooms are dated. Had a few crickets in our room. Bed wasn’t bad, and room was pretty quiet. Location is excellent.

Not really‘breakfast’ but staff was nice. Clean beds within walking distance of most things. No elevator if you are on second floor. Dated decor but ok and decent sleep. Staff was very nice and available.

Everything was amazing. This was the second time we have stayed here and it was just as great as the first time. Now if you're looking for fancy 5 star hotel this is not it. Yet the staff are 5 stars and even the stay was 5 stars. It's a place to relax and sleep after long days on the north shore. I will keep coming back

Don't allow previous reviews to worry you. We had a clean room, and a good bed for a solid night's rest. NO noise noted from other guests. Staff were very attentive, helpful and kind. Breakfast was continental and the breakfast area was very small, but there's plenty of food including protein. I wouldn't choose this inn for a long stay, but for a night or two, it's all you need. Oh, the lamp on one nightstand didn't work and I forgot to tell the staff. Toilets are very short, so it's a bit hard to get up. But that's not a big issue.

No pool only a hot tub which was out of order. Pool passes available for another motel. No ice machine just a little table top over and a cooler full of ice. Kind of gross. The linens on the bed were from the 70s. Silk comforters. Could be a really cute place not needs updating. Staff was very kind and helpful.

It's an older property with older mattresses that are pure innerspring with no pillowtop and they are lower quality. There's no microwave in the room, only a fridge. Our room did have air conditioning, but we hardly needed it as the temperatures at night were comfortable enough to open the window. "Breakfast" is sparse: bagels, cereal, individually packed waffles, yogurt, toast. It was enough for us, but it was light on options. Also, the hot tub was out of service when we stayed.

Everything was just fine for the one night we stayed: the room was clean, the bed comfortable. I liked the end second floor room facing the nice trees. We didn't use the breakfast, so I can't comment on that. It was a nice location for being quiet, and not too far from downtown. The staff were friendly. Thanks!

The receptionist was incredibly helpful and friendly. An older building but very clean, especially the bathroom. The bed was very comfortable. Excellent price. Just minutes from North House folk school. I would stay again.

I liked the convenience of my room right by the door where my car was parked, so no stairs. I didn't like that Expedia said that they have an indoor pool but they do not have one on-site. We were able to get a pass to use the pool at the Aspen Lodge down the street. Also the beds are terribly hard, luckily we were only there for one night.

Mixed review... My first impression.... is it abandoned? Should I cancel my booking?... part of the roof was missing... which was fixed while we were there for over a week. The room was musty smelling but with the wall unit air-conditioner going, it improved. If I stay again, im bringing my air purifier. My eye bags were swollen each morning. No microwave in the room and limited outlets. (Microwave in lobby. )We brought an extension cord so that helped with limited outlets. It was clean,very basic just aged. The beds surprisingly comfortable. The price is much lower than other places. So... if you are into affordable this is probably one of the better options. Amenities? Look elsewhere. Hot tub not operating. The lobby is small and doubles as the dining room too. Get your ice when you can before someone fills their room bucket.. Small icemaker.It does make more ice pretty fast. The chocolate scotcharoos & rice crispy treats were nice to take with.

They didn’t have our reservation from Expedia to start with. The girl was helpful to remedy the situation. Very run down hotel. Couldn’t use the door closest to our room because the glass was broken. The door was ajar when we got there making us wonder if someone else had the same room. The pool and hot tub were closed. Breakfast area was tiny and limited options. The tiny ice machine was out of ice. This place was very antiquated and needs a major overhaul.
