Very basic hotel amenities. Cleanliness may be improved.
I was not asked if I wanted the room cleaned but they assumed it. I had to ask for tea bags and paper cup and I was asked like three times if I really wanted 2?paper cups and not 1!!

The front desk wanted us to park in their parking structure, a block away, so they could get extra money for parking fees. They did NOT tell us that on the weekends, parking is free in downtown Grand Rapids. They were very kind, but not helpful.

Super friendly staff, centrally located. Beds/pillows were mediocre. Parking slightly off site.

The room was 150 sq feet at best never been in a room so small, checked in n asked to change rooms they said none were available, checked online there were. Call down to Expedia and all they could do is give me a $25 credit couldn’t change or cancel my room for me couldn’t get a hold of the front desk so all they could offer me was a $25 credit I asked if they could change my room They said they can’t. I asked if they could change my hotel they said they can’t so basically I’m just stuck and unhappy.

There is a noxious perfume smell that permeates the entire hotel. Smells like an Abercrombie & Fitch retail store.

The young man working the front desk created us with exceptional service. The location was convenient, the room
Clean, modern and comfortable. Only slight drawback is parking. You have to park in a shared parking garage with the JW Marriott and it is a couple blocks away.

This was my second time staying at the property because of the short walk of the Monroe for concerts is walking distance in the cold weather. The hotel staff is super friendly. The first time in was a bit hectic getting checked in, but the second time was a breeze. Front staff was always so nice and the bar! Our room was the issue. The first and second time we stayed the showers had long hairs all over them and no shampoo/wash in the dispensers it was like shower area wasn’t even cleaning two times in a row. I let them know checking out and was told I would be contacted and never was. The room could of used cleaning, but spacious. Kind of a disappointment with the precautions this hotel advertised on cleaning and safety for health.

Staff was excellent. Pleasantly surprised to find a DJ in the lobby providing entertainment on weekend evenings. Fully staffed bar. Nice ending to good days in Grand Rapids area. Rooms were small but updated and very clean. Only negative was that parking is not included and it is a block away from hotel at the JW Marriott. Close private parking was a good option. We will definitely stay here again

Right in the middle of downtown GR. Easy walking to our concert Tahiti was almost right next door!. But be careful to park in the Marriott parking garage. There is a public garage immediately next to it. Don’t make the mistake I did by going into the public garage entrance.

Check in was super easy, the room was average with a view of a parking lot. Front desk staff was great. It was over 400.00 for one night and It was an average hotel, not worth the money. I have stayed at better hotels in GR for a lot less.

We found the room to be much smaller than the photos appear online. In addition, the bathroom has a sliding glass door that does not completely seal so it feels more like a curtain sectioned off from the bedroom than a private space. In all, it was much more cramped and the bed was not very comfortable. We agreed we will not be returning to this hotel in future visits.

Great location- heart of the city. The rooms are small and the walls are thin. We could hear everything in the surrounding rooms. Bathroom was nice. No carpet on the floors which we liked. Overall I don’t think I would stay here again, too pricey for such a small room & noise level.

While we are thankful that you loved the location and general properties of the room, we do apologize that there wasn't enough space which overall impacted the value of the room. The decor was very modern and updated. Supplies in the room were missing and we had to ask for additional items. We did not receive cleaning service and had to call for clean towels. Parking was not on site and cost $24 a day. Location in downtown Grand Rapids was excellent. Breakfast was minimal and pricey. We went out to a nearby coffee shop.
