Enjoy your stay at this condo located downtown in the heart of the city. Our place is walking distance to some of Grand Rapid's hottest attractions. Walk to venues like Van Andel Arena, The Intersection or The Harris Building.

There is also a large patio deck with views of the sun setting over the city. The condo also has a lot of natural light and skylights above the game area. Truly a unique experience while staying in the city.

Location is great, area is accessible and walking distance to downtown. Going to other areas of GR is also easy to access.The condo is clean, easy to access and is as described in the listing. Would book again.

What a great location!! We had a great time! Comfy beds, cool flat with exposed brick and old wood floors and huge windows. Could use some bath mats for wet tile floorsTv had a terrible picture just not sure why,Thank you!

Great Location

The "loft" was very tastefully done, very warm and inviting. It is located within easy walking distance of most everything. Great place and I'll definitely book it again

Lovely loft!

Loft was spacious and bright. It appears as shown in the pictures. We weren't able to take advantage of all of the fun games at the loft or lovely kitchen as it was a quick trip and we had activities outside of the rental to attend. But there is lots to do right at the rental. In addition, it is within walking distance to a lot in downtown Grand Rapids. Really nice weekend stay!
