Host was very easy to reach both prior to and during stay and exceptionally accomodating. It is an older home but very nicely remodeled and updated wherever possible. “The owners and staff are terrific - very welcoming and caring. The cabin is cute and cozy. The river runs right in front of the cabin, with access to kayaks, etc. right there. Waterville is a very cute town with good eateries. I loved the Toledo Zoo which is nearby. Do be aware, however, if you are looking for an isolated cabin in the woods, this one is part of 12 cabins along the river, like a campground. It was quiet and everyone was great, but you will have neighbors. I loved my stay……

“Great location, old renovation well done and was comfortable. Our only negative was we arrived on a Sunday evening and seemed as if cleaning crew just skipped thru cleaning from the from previous occupants. All trash cans were full counter top had food crumbs and microwave and refrigerator were not wiped out. Nothing that could not be fixed by us in a short period of time. Just kinda made our first impression unexpected. We felt this is not the normal bedding and bathroom was clean.”

“Everything needed was there, just had to look for it. The best part was the totally fenced in yard for the dog.
