“Clean room, nice place”

“The place was fine.”

“This is a large, clean place with good water pressure, air conditioning, and laundry facilities. The bathroom light is dim and the best mirror for shaving etc is in one of the bedrooms. The bed I used was ok. I had a little trouble with the single-cup Keurig machine. There is no rack for washing dishes and no knife appropriate for cutting up fruit. The location is central, but you must drive to get to the restaurants. It's at the intersection of the main road and railroad tracks so it can be……

Pros:-the space was pretty clean-the beds were very comfortable -there were sufficient dishes for basic cooking-the location was convenient -it was quiet other than the intermittent train noisesCons:-we did not receive check in information until we asked for it (the host was responsive after that though!)-we were given exactly enough linens for the two of us (e.g. 2 bath towels and 4 washcloths). -the dishes for meals were sparse (e.g. 2……

“Good location, to go from a D to a B grade it could use new sheets, replace the cracked toilet seat, clean the blood off the front door, fix the broken board on the entrance stair, buy a replacement freezer door handle for the white Frigidaire refrigerator, put hangers in the closets and steam clean the carpets, probably can be done under $400”

“Did not talk to the host. Sent a polite email. The cabin was cute with some nice machines for play. But the bed situation was not as advertised on the front pages of site. Advertised room 1 with king and queen (no queen there) and room 2 with 3 queens (only 2 were there). There were 2 air mattresses which is not a bed but 1 had a hole in it. Down stairs it advertised a futon. No futon, just a very uncomfortable couch. Had an air mattress but not the same as a bed. Short towels, no kitchen……
