I noted on a pad a few tweaks to the room we stayed in I thought the management should consider. Normally, this would be a fool’s errand and met with a polite thank you. But not here. 「We’ve stayed at Langdon Hall a couple of times over the past 20 years. We had a nice visit… until check out time. It escalated quickly. The minuscule lobby was teeming with sleepy guests around a nearly empty pot of coffee barricaded by luggage. A front desk attendant tried to help me by tilting the pot spilling coffee on my hand. They should have simply brought a new pot of coffee to avoid the slow trickle and disperse the crowd. Then I patiently stood in a semblance of a line to be...

「Our stay was excellent. However, we could not figure out how the hand-held nozzle in the shower worked, but it did not impede our stay. It would have been nice to have an outdoor swimming pool and a hot tub in the indoor pool. The breakfast was adequate with food items refilled often.」

「Rooms are spacious and clean with full amenities and fixture. The balcony allows us to take in the views and fresh air. The staffs are responsive and helpful from booking to check in with our request and questions. We are very pleased with our stay.」

「Beautiful home, ensuite washrooms were blessed because of sharing with other guests. The breakfasts and snacks were delicious as well, lots of selection. Comfy beds, its was quiet, we didn't find out about the beautiful backyard and balcony until right as we were about to leave otherwise we would have liked to hang out there for a bit to relax. If we ever find ourselves needing to be in the area overnight we'll definitely be staying there again!」

「Noisy wall AC in the room. Sheratons should have central AC. The food was OK but I thought it would be a bit more upscale in a Sheraton. Plenty of parking. Helpful & friendly staff.」
