I would rate the hotel a 7 over 10 because the Wifi is pretty poor. The staff were welcoming and very pleasant. The food options was also great, nice atmosphere and wonderful view.

Bel hôtel, plage et piscine très agréables, buffet varié et délicieux. Personnel très gentil. Aurait besoin d'un petit rafraîchissement dans les chambres qui sont par ailleurs très spacieuses. Hôtel un peu éloigné mais ce n'est pas un problème si vous avez une voiture.

Très beaux extérieurs: magnifique piscine, très jolie plage. L'intérieur peut parfois être un peu plus vieillot parfois, et notre chambre n'était vraiment pas très grande. Personnel toujours charmant, on s'y sent bien. C'est moins guindé que dans certains hôtels. Par contre, c'est assez isolé. C'est parfait si vous restez à l'hôtel, plus difficile d'accès si vous voulez vadrouiller en voiture. On a apprécié la proximité des locaux, ce qui nous a changé des plages réservées aux touristes de l'hôtel précédent.

Hotel convenable, cuisine locale et excellente, personnel souriant et attentionné, mais confort de chambre (210) laissant à désirer, qui mériterait un sérieux rafraichissement et une literie et son linge associé à renouveler. Nous y avions séjourné plus d'une semaine 4 ans plus tôt dans de bien meilleures conditions

Great view. All inclusive option very limited drink and food choices. Drinks limited to cheap local rum not even Green Island which is made locally. Very basic food not a lot of choices. No snacks in between meals. Afternoon tea is from 4-5 and only have stale cookies, sometimes dry tiny square of cake and crepe. Bird poop everywhere around the units. Staff are overworked.

Sejour en famille 5 nuits

Chambre spacieuse et confortable. Le coté salle de bain et toilettes sont a remettre au goût du jour. Beaucoup de bruits le soir zt le matin.Petit dejeuner avec du choix et bon ainsi que le diner du soir. Attention a remettre des plats régulièrement. L'hôtel est éloigné de tout et il n'y a rien a proximité, si vous n'avez pas de voiture a éviter. Il y a une vue très jolie sur la mer. Encore trop de dechets qui traînent notamment du plastique.

Bel Hôtel, bien situé, belle piscine, chambre limite pour 4 personnes (d'autres hôtels dans la même gamme et situation proposent 2 chambres plutôt qu'un canapé lit pour les ados). Personnel à l'écoute. Restaurant pas à la hauteur malheureusement. Prestataire de plage (excursion) sympathique mais pas sérieux (45' d'attente pour le départ (alors que programmée la veille) puis 1h05 d'attente supplémentaire pour un retour à l'hôtel. Donc 1h50 de perdue sur la journée, cela fait beaucoup). Et pas d'excuses à l'arrivée. Dommage pour l'ensemble car le site mériterait bien mieux en restauration et activités...
