「The value is good, but the room needs some upgrades. The 4 table chair’s upholstery was peeling, the table is very scratched, and other little updates are needed. The fireplace was broken or turned off. A great view, cozy for two, easy check in and checkout.」

「The room and location are great. The only complaint would be that the TV needs an update! TV’s are really cheap these days. A smart TV with app capabilities is kind of essential for relaxing on vacation. But I would recommend the room to anyone.」

「They were doing maintenance on the property while I was there. So a lot of banging during the day was happening. I wanted 2 beds and only had one with a hide a bed. We were there 6 days. We were supplied with 1 full roll of toilet paper and a half a roll. The maintenance crew were vey nice and helpful. Had a key code to get in, called the help line . Had to wait 15 till could access the room and a maintenance man explained how to make the door open.」

「Wonderful location and cute unit. The living room was particularly comfortable for a beach rental. We really enjoyed our stay, and would definitely come back. The beds are the one and only drawback — the springs seem to have gone out or something. It wouldn’t prevent us from renting the property again, but may be a problem for someone with back issues.」
