「The accommodations were very clean and artfully decorated. Interior was well lit and cooled including the ceiling fan above the bed. Lots of windows let in natural light and wide blinds for privacy. The mattress was a little too soft for my comfort. Other than that it was an excellent stay」

「Excellent stay. Quiet neighborhood and comfortable space. I’m visiting small towns in NE Texas looking for some retirement property or home. Diane’s place is centrally located in between two lakes and the charming town of Mineola. The room was more than enough for a solo traveler. I booked through Expedia and apparently there is some issue with the communication with the VRBO app. It seemed like our messages were delayed or didn’t come through on one app but would show up on the other app....

「Everything about this home was perfect. The beds were comfortable, everything was clean, check in was simple and we actually kept the air turned up higher than we do at home because the house stayed so cool. That was much appreciated during a summer heat wave! The outdoor covered porch area was wonderful and more than we expected. It was equipped with large fans so we were able to sit out and enjoy it in the evenings despite the heat. It is completely private and you hear nothing but nature. We...

「We came for a single night since we were coming into town for an event at the Mineola Nature Preserve. The house was cute, rustic, and welcoming. The owner was a great communicator and quick to respond with kindness. The air worked great (perfect since we were returning from an outdoor concert). I slept in the master bed and it was very comfy with lots of pillows. My mom and daughter were in the other bedroom. We loved having the crafts and coloring books available, but the best part… the tubs!...
