「The place is good, surrounded by several retirement houses, and located next to Western University. However, it takes a 5 minute walk uphill form the nearest bus station, and it is a bit difficult to locate. The facility is fine except the heating is not functioning, it was too dry and too hot, in which I have to leave the window open throughout the night for making myself a little more comfortable. 」

「一開始訂房時在考慮兩間酒店，後來決定選擇了免費停車的這一家。這是它的第一個優點。 辦理Check- in時前台服務很熱情，客房很舒適、整潔。雖然因為疫情原因無法在餐廳吃早餐，但客房也有足夠的椅子可以讓我們在房間內用早餐。附近很多家餐廳，評分也都很高，解決三餐很容易。有機會還會再過去。」

「Friendly staff, especially in the breakfast buffet. The buffet was one of the best Canadian hotel buffets I have had. I definitely recommend paying the extra fee for the buffet, although you may have to email confirmation of paying for the breakfast at check in when booking through a third party (a little bit of an inconvenience). I didn't even notice / hear the hockey team staying at the hotel. The restaurant/bar is separated from the rooms and helps with any noise.」

「My stay here was amaizing I had my 2 teenage kids with me and plenty of room for them as well beautiful yard swings and other kids toy to play on in the yard there gazebo area with table just so nice there for out door activities I will definitely go back 」
