“We had a late check in around 10pm, the staff is so friendly once we walked in the hotel. This Hampton has rated the best Hampton in the nation for the past 5 years and I totally agree with the rating. The room is clean and big, the morning breakfast area is very comfortable (the food are ok). Basically it's a great hotel.
The only 2 downsides are: (1) sound proof not too good (2) the pool is really tiny
But it is a great stay, except for the price is a little high (we paide US$220 per night)”
“The property is tasteful and Very clean, well appointed rooms, and the pool hot tub area is excellent. The beach access from the pool area is great and is one of the cleanest beaches I’ve seen. The staff was friendly and did not push the vacation club if you aren’t interested. The only draw back is that it lies in the approach zone for the tour helicopters, so they constantly (1 every 30 seconds to minute) fly over the pool area, however you can’t hear them in the room. I would definitely go……
“I am very familiar with this chain resort as I have visited the FL location several times and I must say this resort did not disappoint everything was excellent clean acceptable professional and friendly.
My only complaint is when I checked in I was to be charged the $32 per night resort fee which didn’t happen so the following day the charged my CC that was on file (which is not the card I wanted to use) however I was ok with it once I confirmed at the front desk that was what the charge was……
“The hotel was convenient to Garden City beach and was pet friendly, overall a good stay. They could do a better job cleaning up the elevators and carpet stains outside the elevator. Turn on the TV with News channel in the breakfast dining room. ”
