The hotel itself is great, although oddly laid out with the elevators seemingly in another building. The staff was very accommodating, even though we really didn’t interact a lot. The breakfast was very typical of hotels that offer it as included, in other words very basic. Our room was spacious and clean, and had a small opening window which is great to get some fresh air into the room. Our air conditioner was noisy as all get out, so thankfully the window helped. One terrible thing was how long it took to get hot water, regardless of the time of days. We are talking at least three minutes, maybe closer to four, didn’t time it. That is unacceptable on a number of levels, mostly for us, wasting water. Even if you shower a couple of minutes after your partner you have to wait again. For this reason alone we would not stay there again.
