Great place! Pictures are accurate. Really enjoyed it.

House was well stocked with the essentials. Plenty of air conditioning. Very clean. Very happy with our stay. Loved Carvalhal and Pego beaches. Eat at 5 Sentidos while you are there.

No communication from owner !!

No emergency numbers ie Doctor ,Dentist, Vet, Fire or flood or electricity. No information about shops bars restaurants or places to visit. Very very overlooked and close to neighbours with barking dogs and Crowing early morning Cockerel!!!. Had NO contact with owner apart from 1 Phone call never saw the man . Unable to discuss various problems with A The oven that kept switching itself off and didn’t,t reach temperature! B Front door unable to lock properly!

Hemos disfrutado de una agradable semana de vacaciones en esta casa. Sus amplios espacios, tanto en el salón, zona de estar y comedor como en los dormitorios, así como su gran capacidad de almacenamiento, nos han permitido disfrutar plenamente de nuestra estancia. La disponibilidad de una piscina para refrescarnos y nadar a lo largo del día ha sido una ventaja adicional. Además, el aire acondicionado en todas las habitaciones con mando a distancia nos ha permitido regular la temperatura según nuestras preferencias, especialmente durante la noche. La posibilidad de aparcar dos coches en la zona de aparcamiento de la casa, accesible mediante un portón con mando a distancia, también ha sido muy conveniente. Si bien la playa se encuentra a menos de cinco minutos en coche por una buena carretera, la distancia a pie es considerable. Un buen alojamiento para disfrutar de tus vacaciones. Francisco ha estado muy atento en todo momento. Incluso tuvimos un olvido en la vivienda y gustosamente nos lo envió a nuestro domicilio. Muchas gracias por todo.

La casa es estupenda, se encuentra en el centro de Carvahal y dispone de todo lo que se descrine en el anuncio. Muy bien equipada, hemos estado muy cómodos. La comunicación con el dueño ha sido excelente y muy fácil.

Joli villa Rose

La Communication avec Francisco se passe bien et il est très reactif. La récupération des clés super pratique. Surtout si on arrive tard . Comptez 1h 40 de route de l'aéroport de Lisbonne. La maison était propre . Mais aurait mérité une bonne aération avant notre arrivée. Elle est bien équipée. Linge de lit ,de toilette, de plage. Pastille vaiselle et liquide lave linge . Papier wc . Savon pour les mains. Jeu de sociétés etc Piscine fraiche mais en avril c'est normal. Terrasse agréable ,équipé dun barbecue, salon de jardin , petit coin sympa apéro ou coin tranquille . Grande Table pour manger à l'ombre. Ne comptez pas trop sur les vélos, quel dommage... Soit leur entretien ou leur utilisation n’ont pas été correcte. La plage est à 3 km environ 30 minutes à pied et il y a des trottoirs tout le long. 5 minutes en voiture . Parking intérieur avec porte automatique. Jolie Villa dans lotissement . Bruits des animaux la nuit . Il y a des petites supérettes mais pas de grand magasins à moins de 30 minutes . Prévoir les courses en une seule fois ou à chaque excursions . On a passé un bon séjour. Merci .

Great house for families

We have truly enjoyed the stay at this spacious house that accommodates a big family easily. It’s only a 5 min car ride to the beach nearby. A supermarket and a few restaurants are within walking distance. Can recommend, but would suggest the owner to store some basic necessities like olive oil, pepper and salt in the kitchen..

Aspetos a destacar, casa espaçosa e bem equipada para o número de pessoas (6 adultos e 3 crianças). Piscina pequena, mas o suficiente para satisfazer as necessidades das crianças. A sua localização é também ótima, perto do centro, comércio e praias. A repetir.

Amazing

We were a group of 5 and absolutely loved the spot, location and facilities. The house is really great and spacious, we enjoyed the 3 bathroom and 5 bedroom. And a quiet afternoon by the pool. The house is around 10 mins from the center of Comporta and 5 mins away from the beach. Clean and easy to check-in and check out. Thank you so much Francisco, our stay was perfect.
