「Our family of three was looking for a peaceful getaway near the Red Mountain wineries and found it here! Location, cleanliness, communication with owner, full kitchen, and access to peaceful outdoor space by the river (filled with morning birdsong) were all beyond expectation. We further enjoyed the connection with our gracious host Gary. One of our best trips to Red Mountain yet! 」

「Enjoyed our stay at “Sip&Stay”. Clean and comfortable for us and our little dog. TV’s in the living room and the bedrooms, and great fenced backyard with nice grass for pup. Patio is cute too. Super close to many great wineries. The owner is great and responds quickly of questions. One bed did seem to be small for a queen size. Has a full-size stove/oven and dishwasher, washer n dryer. Could use a microwave for reheating coffee, etc but we got by no problem. Overall a great stay, no issues. We’d...

「Needed a getaway from work and the city. Wanted to be out in nature. Fantaatic location in cherry orchard. Everything need was in ample supply. Easy location with great directions. Trailer was welcoming and inviting. Over the top was the firepit and seating. Then we found out they supply ample fire wood and starter for the firepit. Bonus the location is in Zillah wine area.」

「What I liked was a clean room, laundry was clean as well, the AC worked and so far, it has been quiet. Reasonable accommodations after a day on the road. Food can be found down the road.」
