“Communicated a number of issues with my one night stay to Hotels.com and the property did not respond to these issues.
Issues mainly around the following:
numerous large dirty carpet stains throughout apartment;
toiletries of previous guests in bathroom (including toothpaste, shower gel, deodorant and hair spray);
cardboard and sticky tape used to secure pipes in bathroom;
various damage to furnishing including hole in blind and faulty blinds which could not be pulled up;

“Communication before our arrival was excellent. Getting into the property no problem. Spotlessly clean and very comfortable. Very well equipped with everything that we needed. Great to have a small supermarket next door. The minor issue for us was having only one parking space per apartment although there was a lot of on street parking available. “Wonderful short stay at Barnet House. Easy check-in with a code upon entry system. The unit had a full kitchen with high quality, brand new amenities including pots and pans, coffee maker, utensils and nice ceramics too. The unit would be have been even better if there was a least one shelf to put away groceries and a place to hang clothes or jackets, even a few hooks on the wall would make a huge difference if we wanted to stay longer than a few nights. Only thing was we couldn’t find instructions for the cooker and to put the hot water on but we nipped over to reception and they were helpful (with the hot water and we worked out the cooker!!). “We stayed for 3 nights in July. This home was close to a bus station (a must for me) and was spacious. Two heads up for future travelers: the washing machine/dryer all-in-one was a challenge so instructions would be helpful. Sometimes the wash cycle went directly to the dry cycle and sometimes not. Allow a lot of extra time to do a load of laundry.
The 3rd bedroom is a closet, I think. It was fine for us but may not be for someone else.
