「We chose this hotel based on reviews but they clearly were not authentic. The place is in desperate need of maintenance. There were only 3 guests in the whole place (including us) and yet the front desk gal would not or could not figure out how to give us a bottom floor room with two beds. We used a third party app because it had a room with “a king bed and two twins” as an option. When we arrived, we were told they don’t have any rooms like that and we had to take the king bed on the 2nd floor....

「Not what we were expecting. The house had a very musty smell and the bathroom had an even worse mildew smell. We had to keep the bathroom door shut at all times because of the smell. The shade for the window in the shower was covered in mildew spots. The overhead lighting did not work in the living room. There was only one floor lamp that provided light in the living room. The only outlet in the bathroom did not work. The whole house just felt very unsanitary. We paid for two nights and left...

「The place to stay in Elk City and the only downtown accomdation! There clean with multi-night touch up service. Property is very well decorated and downright cute. The front sitting area is a welcoming and restful place to read a book or just watch the few people that walk by. Walking distance is literally around the corner from downtown stores and cafes while parking is right in front of the location. Plenty of water and K-Cups provided as well as ice and 1 cold soda. Communication was very...

「Wonderful! Booking was simple and straightforward, and communication after booking was friendly and clear. The property is extremely well maintained and nicely decorated. With three rooms available, I appreciated being able to choose my own room! All rooms are fully private with their own key codes, making it feel like a mini hotel. The lobby was warm and inviting, with plenty of comfortable seating for working on a laptop or cozy reading. I found extra toiletries and even snacks and drinks,...

「The Bluebird was overall fabulous! Our only minor complaint is the Marie room would not get cool. The AC ran nonstop, but kept the temperature at a constant 75. The room did have 2 fans, so that helped. Bc of the room temp, I would give it a 4.5 rating. My husband reached out to Jeff about the AC. He did immediately respond letting us know about the fans. We would definitely stay here again!!」
