「The whole key process was simple. The room was great. The stairs were really steep. Railing is really low so nothing to hold on to as you walk down the stairs. Other than that, it was a nice stay.」

「Stacie is a great hostess! The unit was quite clean when we arrived and stocked with a number of small features that most don’t think to include, but are super nice to have (like bug spray to use in the beautiful backyard), and super comfortable beds and living room lounge furniture. 「This is a beautiful property that is in mint condition. This open concept spacious home is located in a gated golf community that is absolutely beautiful. Hot Springs, Little Rock, Conway and Benton are all within a 1hr radius, which made for endless eating & shopping options. Communication with property management was 10 out of 10. We will return to this property in the future. 」

「Tile floors dusty, dirty, grass, food crumbs. Ceiling fans in all 3 bedrooms had 1/4 inch grime and dust. 2 bedrooms had substandard windows coverings. Front and back yards were unkempt. Furnishing inadequate for sleeping 6 - dining table small, seats only 4. Inadequate eating utensils - 5 forks, no coffee pot, no mugs. Stark furnishings, couch, 1 chair in large living area. Not homey or inviting. 」
