“Made an error in my reservation and they were able to correct it without any fuss.”

“We had a clean and spacious room. Very inviting and clean. Thank you”

“Our room smelt like it had definitely been smoked in at some point. It is right next door to a Starbucks. I will say they have safely in mind, there are non-slip padding everywhere”

“All staff was helpful and attentive. Room was clean…. However the towels did have an unpleasant odor”

“It was a decent stay. Beds were not the queen size we paid for but only full size. One room smelled bad but found old water in air purifier and once we cleaned it out it smelled better. The breakfast was good and everything was nice and clean so overall decent stay for one night. Also staff were very friendly and helpful.”

“Very difficult to find the building. We were in room 216. Bathroom tiles were loose, broken, and needed to be regrouted. Breakfast area was dirty with trash on flood. Took a long time to refill the coffee dispenser. Light blocking curtain slide was broken. Access doors in back and side didn’t always close and lock.. I found the east door unlocked the morning we left.”

“The staff were very welcoming and friendly. The rooms were clean spacious and perfect for a family. The breakfast had lots of options and was available for a good amount of time”

“Everything was perfect with zero complaints. The hotel looks pretty brand new, and the spaces are very clean and well-maintained. The staff were also incredibly nice and welcoming. Highly recommend.”

Nothing was taken but they should have signage that I could put on the door to say that I don’t need service. Otherwise, pleasant staff and I would stay again when I come back to visit”

The person at the front desk, who I believe may have been the owner or the owner’s wife, was friendly, patient, and understanding, even though I was a little persistent about an issue with the TV. My concern came from having experienced similar problems at other motels, so I was worried it was becoming a recurring issue. I was eventually able to get the TV working, although I feel that checking to make sure everything is functioning properly should be part of the……

“The room itself in the hotel was not very clean. Some items were missing or not functioning in the room. It appears the hotel is old and never been updated. I can say that there was clean sheets and towels, but that's about it. I will not be returning there at any time in the future.”

“Dead roaches everywhere.”
