Nice House!

We stayed at West Park B for one Night because we were traveling up North however we enjoyed our one night here its was very nice and clean. 100% would stay here again and recommend this place.

Family reunion

Our brother lives in Grants Pass so we go down a couple of times a year. We have dtayed at Cherry's place now five or six times. Always clean and feels like home. We will be back in a few months.

Stayed one night in Grants Pass. The house was very clean, cute and quiet and had enough room for all 4 of us to stay comfortably. Way better than trying to stay in a hotel!

Best value in Grants Pass

This is a very clean and modern home at an excellent price for very good value. Awesome tv and ac/heat in every room. I love having the fridge with ice maker and water dispenser so you don’t have to purchase water bottles. We had a great stay!

Beautiful Unit

Everything was great, exactly as it said in the listing, we're from Hawaii and made the trip for a family wedding, maybe adding a small rice pot and some paper towels? Other than that the unit was very comfy, clean and in a quiet neighborhood, we'd definitely stay there again when visiting our family.

Perfect spot for the 3 of us

Stayed here for 3 nights with my daughter, her SO, and their dog. It's a cute little place and worked well for us while we visited family for the Easter holiday. The kitchen is not stocked for baking, but it didn't claim to be, and not all vacation homes are. The owner offered to bring me whatever I needed for my Easter baking, and that was extremely thoughtful. I let the dog out back when we first got there and quickly found out the yard isn't completely enclosed. Thankfully we have a clingy dog and she just came back in through the front door. The place was comfortable and quiet and convenient to some great dining in Grants Pass.

Clean and in a great location. It could use a few more kitchen towels and some paper towels. We did have to get some draino for the master bathtub.

Great property!!!

My kids and I really enjoyed this property. We were in town for a wrestling meet and it was perfect. Close to everything and soooooo much better than a hotel (not to mention, cheaper)!! It’s a duplex and is secluded on its on street with private parking for one vehicle. We were able to bring our small dog and the back patio had a great pebble area for the dog to potty. The unit was extremely clean and very well appointed. If I could make any suggestions, it would be to add bath mats and better shower heads. My only complaint is that the master bed was very squeaky and the mattress is not great but for 2 nights it was fine.

Clean and convenient

Hosts were extremely responsive and accommodated an early check in for us without any issues. Home was very clean and as pictured, however they definitely are providing the necessities and not much past that (not even a salt shaker nor a ziplock bag to be found). Also, may have been the worst bed I’ve slept on at a rental property of my life lol but otherwise very clean and seemed safe and straightforward.

We Loved the place!

Very clean, modern, and nicely decorated. Rooms were seperated by a bathroom so it was very quiet. No road noise, no barking dogs and no Roosters. My only suggestions are they need to put anti slip strips in the bath tubs/showers. They were very slippery and my friend did slip and fall. I also would like black out curtains in the bedrooms, as it was too bright when the sun came up. Everything else was easy and wonderful, I highly recommend it!

Little gem

I have been a renter from vrbo for 10+ years. We stayed in unit A exactly as description. This was one of the cleanest rentals I have ever stayed in. It was perfect and very close to everything. Each unit has its own small rocked yard for you furry friends. I woukd reccommend a small 2 or 3 foot gate on the side to enclose the yard. I went and purchased a 10$ baby gate worked perfect. Perhaps a fitted sheet in the cabinet for futon bed. Everything was perfect! Nice quiet neighborhood. Will be back for quick trips to see friends. Thanks for the hospitality

Clean and Responsive

We were very happy with the cleanliness of the place, although we did smell smoke when we entered. We notified them right away and they immediately brought over several different sprays. We had a few hiccups in the stay, but they were very quick to rectify our issues. No hairdryer-- he went right out and bought us two. The air conditioning was leaking water on living room floor, but they cleaned that up and fixed the unit. They even rescued us when we locked ourselves out and came over to explain how it works. We appreciated that. We were even given the cleaning fee of $35.00 back to compensate us for the troubles. We'd highly recommend using Cherry & Noel.
