Finished single car garage with opener(temporarily only available for storage, no parking in it 5/15/23-7/15/23). 4 parking spaces: driveway 2, and 2 curb. Fenced & private backyard with patio, table, chairs.

Lovely home

Great couple of days in this beautiful home. Well stocked kitchen, nice patio, lots of sunlight. Nice quiet break with the family. Host was great to communicate with. Would stay again.

Amazing house

The house is amazing, clean and perfectly stocked. The location is in the nice part of grants pass so you can walk or drive a short distance to enjoy all the restaurants and sights grants pass has to offer. I will definitely be staying there again in future visits. One of the top vrbo’s I have stayed at. Thank you for letting me enjoy your home.

Nice central location

This is a nice, comfortable, and clean home to stay in. We selected Grants Pass as it is centrally located between the Redwoods and Crater Lake National Parks. This home was easy to get to and offered all of the amenities we needed. Lisa was easy to reach and is a gracious hostess.

Great place to stay

Really liked the house, it was very clean and quiet. Owners were very prompt when the hot water tank wasn’t working. They had replaced the gas dryer and had not relit the hot water tank I messaged them and they showed up within a half hour to fix it. We would definitely stay there again

“Very nice and quiet”

The home and location were great. Very easy access to downtown, and the neighborhood was very quiet. Neighbors were friendly and helpful. The house was very clean, well maintained, and very well stocked. Check-in was timely and very easy. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would certainly come back. We would highly recommend it. Our family of 5 stayed here while in town for a Celebration of Life.Property and amenities were exactly as described. The property was clean, host was VERY responsive, and the bed in master bedroom was incredibly cozy! Location was no more than 10 minutes of anything! We will stay AR 777 again! comfortable

Just what we needed

Perfect for a family visit. The house was very clean and well supplied with everything we needed for a pleasant stay. The location was also convenient to downtown Grants Pass with shops and restaurants a short drive away. The heat was off when we arrived on a chilly evening for check in and the house took quite a while to heat up to a comfortable temperature. Once it warmed up though it was very comfortable for the rest of our stay.

Great value

We had a very nice stay, but the property appears to have been divided in half with a new home being built in the back yard. The new home windows look directly into the living room of this property and completely steals all privacy. Otherwise, this location was very comfortable and well priced for the neighborhood.
