“The room was great! Very clean and comfortable. Navigating around the building was complicated (signs would be nice), and the elevator and halls weren’t always the most tidy. Location was perfect. Easy access to coffee shop, within walking distance to College Park Center. Would stay here again. ”

“This is the 3rd time I’ve stayed at Kasa Love Field-Medical. It is convenient to both my family and activities in Dallas. It is very comfortable with a full kitchen & washer/dryer. Lovely, very clean and relaxing environment. I like the virtual check in and help is just a text or call away. They are quick to respond. "The hotel is generally quite good. The main advantage is its great location, which is very convenient. The check-in waiting time was a bit long. I had booked a room and breakfast online, and it took a long time for the entrance staff to verify my reservation before guiding me to my seat at breakfast, which was quite embarrassing. The Black security guard at the hotel entrance was very kind and helpful, assisting me in finding an Uber that had gone to the wrong location."
