Beautiful place

The house was beautiful and the backyard was amazing. The pool and hot tub were perfect for us and the house had everything we needed. Worked so perfectly for our women’s retreat.

Perfect for a large family

We really appreciated how spacious and clean the place was—it had everything we needed. Annette was so kind and responsive, always checking in to make sure we were comfortable. Although the A/C went out on our first day, she acted quickly and had it fixed by the next day. We truly felt cared for. Thank you for your warm hospitality and for giving our family a special space to make memories with my mom. She had a wonderful Mother’s Day weekend, and we hope to return again someday.

Amazing place for relazing getaway

We made a great choice staying here. The house is clean, well-maintained, and it is obvious a great deal of thought has been put into the comfort of guests. There is plenty for kids of all ages to do as well. Annette 9the owner) was very friendly, proactive, and available throughout our stay. I have nothing negative to say about the property, it is a beautiful home in a beautiful location. Thanks again for making it available to us!

Spacious, Beautiful Home for a Family Reunion

This is a wonderful house for a large group! The owners were very friendly, helpful, and communicative. Our family of family of 13 had plenty to do and plenty of space to commune, relax, and play. The kitchen is excellent gathering place and everything is very well labeled. We had a great shopping in Grass Valley, visiting the covered bridge, and wading in the Yuba River. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Just "Wow"

What a truly beautiful and peaceful home. We cherished every aspect, from the spaciousness of the house to the serene tranquility of the property. Ms. Annette was exceptional! She responded promptly to any questions or concerns we had. You can really feel the thought and care that has gone into this home; it truly feels like a home away from home.

Amazing

We were a large group of 12 adults and 7 kids and absolutely loved the house! The kitchen was fully stocked with any cooking appliances needed, the pool and hot tub were amazing, and the basketball court was so amazing for basketball games and for the kids to scooter around. Spectacular!

We had a large group for family reunion. We had rented many times but NEVER had a house so well equipped! We literally did not need to bring anything; especially kitchen items. It was just incredible! The grounds were stunning, pool, jacuzzi, basketball court, incredible bbq area, SO many seating areas and just top quality! The owners were absolutely amazing in their communication! We just can’t say enough-a 10 star rating is warranted! Thank you Annette 😃
