"Let me start off by saying the two-star review seems a bit harsh. Here are my thoughts. Indeed, the pool lights go off at 9pm and you can't be loud past that time. The neighbors aren't super close, but I'm sure this property had issues with noise in the past and that probably ruined it for everyone going forward. The pool table and ping pong tables are smaller than your typical, but I thought the shuffleboard table was legit. The house was clean, no issues there. We had mild weather so I can't...

"We loved feeling part of the outdoors when inside of this fun yurt. A true relaxing getaway among gorgeous tree-covered hills. Lots of options for sleeping arrangements as our group came and went. I had a fantastic deep tissue massage by Skya from Nevada City who came out to the house. The home was located about halfway between Auburn and Grass Valley which was nice. Hosts were very helpful."

"I would 100% recommend. The trailer is super cozy & has everything you need. Both the bed & futon are super comfy. The best part is the pond. It is such a peaceful lil place to take a breather & break from the hustle. It has a constant flow of water going through & it was so calming. We brought the dogs and they loved it as well. "This is one of the best places that I have ever stayed; the rooms are clean with tons of character. I love the style and the history of the place. There is a yard with a large outdoor kitchen and other fun games and stuff. Great for the kiddos! I'd like to find a reason to go back to the area just so that I can stay at this place again! And the American River is just right down the road (if you don't mind driving a gravel road). Love it and would definitely recommend! "

"Overall wonderful. Great location with some traffic noise from the freeway across the yard. Some foot traffic noise above us upstairs. Maybe slippers are in order to reduce the noise. Both times we stayed here the bathroom tub has a very slow drain. This time, the towels were rough, just in from hanging outdoors. Soft and cushy is best. We love the lighting in the yard and fairy light projection touch!"
