Hidden Gem

Due to weather conditions, we had to stay overnight. This hotel is beautiful and the service was great. Very clean and up-to-date. The place was completely full however it was so quiet.

Comfortable beds. Nice rooms but shower controls were damaged redulting in no hotwater. Also breakfast was disappointing. Cold unedible sausage, uncooked potatoes.

Just sleep in your car if you can.

Stains on the sheets and when I lifted the toilet seat there was blood on it. Slept with clothes on top of covers. Morning breakfast was not even suitable for the homeless. Unsanitary to say the least. For the price paid i was legally robbed.

Room was not properly cleaned once in 14 day stay. Sheets were not changed. when house keeping did come in, pillows were left on floor. After asking for new pillows, was told there weren’t any available. Hotel seemed very understaffed.

It’s maybe a small thing to some but it was a big thing for us; there were no straws. The beds were comfortable and room was clean. There is a lot of light in the rooms due to the tvs having some sort of backlighting that is on even when the tv is turned off. I’d stay here again, but would make a plan to deal with the light and bring our own straws. The room had appliances though we only used the fridge. It didn’t freeze our food so was better than the average hotel fridge. Overall happy with our stay aside from the bright room that woke me up in the night and lack of straws.
