「I loved the facility. I found the front desk staff to be a bit too formal and rigid as compared to restaurant staff.」

「A beautiful place surrounded by nature. The service is good, although it can sometimes feel a little disorganized. The rooms, however, offer poor value for money for a five-star hotel. At over €1,000 per night for a Deluxe Room, I expected a much higher standard. That said, the setting itself is absolutely stunning, and in my opinion, it is the most beautiful hotel in Cefalù.」

「Très grande chambre, très beau complexe, avec une belle piscine, vue sur la mer. Excellent petit déjeuner avec de très bons produits frais. Au calme. Pas de bruit. Excellent sejour」

「The room was clean and as shown in the photos on line. The staff, Flori and Guisppe, were wonderful hosts. They served a lovely breakfast on the deck.」

「We enjoyed our stay at this very clean, beautiful, well maintained wellness spa hotel. The staff were incredibly helpful, especially the front desk staff, the spa staff (Carol), and the restaurant staff (Francesco, Marzia, and Francesca). The room was updated and clean thanks to Daniela and the other lady who was making sure our room was tidied everyday. The food at the restaurant was amazing, we ate one meal there besides breakfast everyday of our stay and did not regret anything we ordered...

「The breakfast was a real treat, plenty of options all freshly prepared. Our hosts Maria and Francesco, couldn’t do enough for us. They even made dinner two nights as some other guests were without transport. It was really delicious & the wine was very reasonable! The room was lovely, a good size and comfy with a powerful shower & their own products in the bathroom. The outside space was also great for a little drink in the evening. The onsite dog was also a big hit with us! We enjoyed every...

「Staff were friendly and very helpful. They arranged our airport transfers and suggested restaurants and things to do in Cefalu..Check-in instructions were very clear. Breakfasts were on the top floor with good views. Nice selection with a hot and cold buffet. Comfortable bed, good shower and selection of toiletries.」

「The hotel staffs are super helpful. We enjoyed the stay, convenience, wonderful scenery here」

「Was there last month , first of all they have lot of rules have to leave room key every time left the property , cannot bring food inside room or even water from outside anyways which I don’t do I usually eat outside but water how come they have mini bar and the small water bottles are 3 euros , also they charged me for every single day they gave me a towel for beach 2.5 euros and wasn’t even given a receipt I paid them cash just beware until I emailed them 3 times they sent to me the receipt ,...

「Great breakfast. Great staff. Great location.」

「The room was generally not bad, but the bathroom was a bit small. The location was convenient, with all attractions within walking distance. The highlight was the terrace, which offered a sea view and a chance to see the sunset. However, the terrace was connected to the next room, so I could hear the neighbors' conversations. The shower had poor water pressure, the bathroom was relatively cramped, and the towels were somewhat yellowish. When I contacted the host, his attitude was quite poor. I...

「Room is very nice and the staff are very friendly and helpful!」

Piacevole soggiornarvi x qualche giorno 」
