"This was a great place to use as a base for our 6 day stay in Launceston. very centrally located. Handy to IGA and Woolies. We like to shop locally then mainly do our own cooking so the really well-equipped kitchen set up was ideal for us. (Maybe some instructions on the use of the microwave + a Microwave safe dish or two for reheating, cooking veggies etc. We bought a DECOR one, suited us just fine.) We're linen, cotton, and wool bedding folk so the lovely SHERIDAN linen sheeting and...

The local convenience store is fantastic - great burgers, rolls and fish and chips and with a really good selection of groceries. Lots of nice cliff top and beach walks nearby. Highly recommended."

"Modern and Convenient at Newstead is exactly that! A great base to explore Launceston and surrounding areas. The house is well stocked, with great facilities for cooking and washing.
