Private Entrance: The long, almost 400-foot driveway ensures complete privacy, with no visibility from the public road.

Four-Season Enjoyment: With a forced-air heat furnace and a township-maintained road, you can enjoy the house year-round in full privacy.

Wooden Deck: The spacious deck offers a perfect spot to connect with nature. You may even spot deer or turkeys strolling by as you enjoy your morning coffee.

Bedrooms:
Bedroom #1 - "Classic":
The largest room in the house, featuring a queen-size bed and a large walk-in closet. Three windows provide beautiful views of the surrounding woods, and blackout roller shades ensure a restful night’s sleep.

Bedroom #2 - "Woods":
A cozy room with a double-size bed and small walk-in closet, located on the opposite side of the house for more privacy. This room, with one window and a blackout roller shade, offers a peaceful retreat closer to the trees.

Bedroom #3 - "Stargaze":
A loft-style room with a double-size bed and two skylights, allowing you to stargaze while lying in bed. Accessed by wooden stairs and a ladder, this space is one of the most unique and fun areas of the house.

Bedroom #4 - "Attic in Stargaze":
Upstairs from Bedroom #3, this charming attic space offers two twin-size beds, making it a cozy and fun retreat.

Kitchen and Dining:
The state-of-the-art kitchen features quartz countertops, sleek black cabinets, stainless steel appliances, and an embedded flat induction cooktop. Basic cooking essentials, coffee, and tea are provided for your convenience.

Entertainment & Workspace:
Enjoy a 7.1 surround sound home theater experience in the basement, featuring a modest laser projector and a 120-inch screen — perfect for movie nights or immersive viewing. This cozy, multi-purpose space also serves as a family/living room, making it the ideal spot to unwind, whether it's during the day or a quiet evening in.

Workspace: The house is also great for remote work, with fast Wi-Fi (180 Mbps) and a dedicated workspace. Though the workspace isn't in a closed room, the large window offers a lovely view of the trees to refresh your eyes during breaks.

Main Floor: A 3-piece full bathroom is located on the main floor.

Powder Room: A 2-piece powder room is conveniently located beside the entrance for your use.

Additional Features:
Laundry Room: On-site laundry facilities (washer and dryer) are free for light laundry loads.

Basement: While the basement is partially finished, the movie theatre and laundry room are accessible to guests. The storage/utility room at the end of the basement is used by the host and is off-limits.
