On the ground floor in the house:
- a comfortable living room with lounge and dining room,
- complete and functional equipped kitchen (oven, microwave, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, induction hob, extractor hood, etc.),
- 1 bathroom with shower, vanity unit, WC,
- 1 separate toilet with hand basin,
4 bedrooms:
- bedroom 1: opening onto the terrace (king size bed 180 x 200),
- bedroom 2: double bed (140 x 200) with adjoining bathroom (walk-in shower, vanity unit),
- bedroom 4 PRM in the wooden extension: PMR suite opening onto the wooden terrace (queen size bed 160x 200) with its adjoining bathroom (walk-in shower, PRM vanity unit, PRM WC),
Upstairs:
- air-conditioned bedroom 3: 2 twin beds (90 x 190),
- 1 TV room on the mezzanine, free fiber wifi,
1 separate outdoor laundry room (washing machine, dryer, drain),
South terrace, overlooking the swimming pool, with an area of 78 m² including 37 m² covered, equipped with a large round table + chairs; garden furniture "Acapulco" armchairs,
5 bikes available, ping pong table, racket games, pétanque balls, etc...
Included in the rental: bed linen and bath sheets and towels:
The beds are made upon your arrival for your comfort!
Baby equipment (folding bed with bedding, bathtub, table chair, safety barrier at the stairs)
The rooms are equipped with mosquito nets and shutters; the house is very cool even when the sun and heat are there!
Many safe cycle paths off the roads and paths to get to the seaside resorts of Soulac and Montalivet where many activities are organized in season (beach activities, motocross, karting, leisure parks, etc.)
For lovers of wine and visits to cellars, this is not what is lacking in our Médoc region: the Châteaux route with the most prestigious wines of our country!
