This area of the lake is pristine and very relaxing. The street is almost private with very little traffic allowing you to ride bikes and walk without many cars around. Plenty of parking for everyone. The neighbors are awesome and the distance between lots is very adequate. All sports lake; fishing and snowmobiling on lake. GREAT VIEW of the lake with 85 foot of frontage overlooking the east bay. True lakefront!!! Open Year round. Walk out about 400' on 2 1/2 ft deep of sandy bottom water. Very warm clean and clear water.
