「Front desk at check in was great, very nice and friendly. Got to our room (137) - all the way at the end next to the side entrance. Stairwell door is right across from that room door and it slammed often at night waking us up. The side entrance door to the outside is broken and every time a person goes in or out, it stays wide open for anyone to enter all day and night. It needs fixed ASAP. Upon entering our room, everything looked in order and nice, smelled clean. But when barefoot, the floor...

「I have stayed here multiple times. Levi is always the absolute best!! Checked in a little later this time so I missed him. But the lady working at the front desk was so sweet. The next morning as I was leaving early I saw some of the house keepers coming in for their shift. They spoke to me and were so sweet considering I was having a hard morning I truly appreciated the kindness. The staff is always a pleasure to do business with. Definitely will return AGAIN.
