The staff was excellent but the hotel smelled of smoke. It was very plain and in need of updating. The carpet is so old and looks dirty.

The place was very nice and close to all the fun places in Sandusky. We enjoyed the hot tub and the host was great with communication. Theres also a bar / restaurant within walking distance from the place. We had a great time here! Thanks for having us!

No problems checking in or out. Perfect location, you can walk to jet Express to go to put in bay (it's next door to the condos).
