Friendly staff, room was clean, and the hotel was close to the Billa food store which made it so much easier to get a few things. It was also close to many different places to explore. Would recommend staying here!

Excellent experience! Lovely staff for check in and out. Great location inbetween station and old town. Very comfy bed and excellent AC. Allowed luggage to be stored after check in. No faults.

Very pleasant hotel. Simple room, clean and in good condition. It’s an easy walk to the main station and to the centre of the city. The receptionist was very pleasant and helpful with information about the hotel. No negatives.

Used for a short stay of only one night. Chosen because it is within a 10 minute walk from the station. Very basic room, doesn't look attractive but clean. All sightseeing is within walking distance. wifi worked well. Disappointed that there was no fridge and electric kettle. One cup of coffee in the morning in the restaurant is free.

2023/11/17 stay 3 days two nights Location is good, walk around 20 min to old town. Parking area is big, located at outside (belong to hotel), need extra pay Breakfast is Less hot cooked food, mostly are cold , ham, fried eggs, few green pepper vegetables Room is very small. single man bed, not place to move Room ground is with carpet and color is very dark, my nose and skin got bad. Shower room is very small and risk of falling when I walked out the shower room. There is a 20 cm height gap to the floor. Old man need to watch out this.

This hotel has only 5 parking spots so you may need to park elsewhere if they are already taken. The gentleman checking us in wasn’t very friendly and did not communicate very well despite the fact that we were fluent in both German and English. The cleaning staff also seemed to be very annoyed and rude when we entered from the back of the building (from the parking lot) and were confused on how to get to reception. The rooms, however, were very large and comfortable. The location of the hotel was great too. We skipped the street car and just walked everywhere. Another con was that the reception desk has very limited hours which was very inconvenient after dinner when we wanted information as well as for an early checkout. So overall, if you don’t need parking or to speak with anyone working there, I would recommend this hotel. If you need those services, you may want to go elsewhere.

The hotel was in a great location and the staff very friendly. The room was huge, even for our family of 5. We found the beds very comfortable and overall enjoyed the hotel. The only downside was that the floors weren’t clean - our socks/feet got very dirty walking around the room, and also there was lots of dust under the beds. If they gave the floors a good steam mopping and vacuumed under the beds, I would’ve given them 5 stars. Despite this, would stay here again if we ever come back to Graz.
