Nugget Casino Resort
8/10 Good
"The hot tub did not seem very clean. There wasn’t a microwave in the room (I’m sure to encourage you to only eat what they were selling). They at least left a small 10 ounce bottle of water to drink or use for coffee. It was nice they had a Starbucks in the lobby but it was $20 for 2 drinks! The steakhouse had terrible quality of seafood across the board and it was very expensive for the quality you recieved. Keep in mind you are right off I-80 and you will hear that all night."

Little America Hotel
10/10 Excellent
"Great location , clean room and onsite restaurant. No coffee in lobby. Also , eighteen dollars parking fee was too much ."

J Resort

"Clean room, great location, friendly staff."

Circus Circus Reno – A Caesars Rewards Destination
6/10 Okay
"So-so experience at Circus Circus. Visited Reno after many years and for the Jam it Up basketball tournament during Memorial Day weekend. Staff - Robotic at check-in and did not bother to tell us anything about the hotel's amenities and just where the elevators to our room were. Also, called for housekeeping after 2 nights and it took 3 calls and finally someone showed up at 10pm to clean our room (we followed the process of calling in for our room to be made). Hotel - Tower is far from the lobby and parking garage. Long walk with stairs and not suitable for people who cannot walk far, disabilities, etc. One elevator to the floors and with many events happening, often had to wait 10-15 minutes to get into an elevator. Rooms - Paper thin walls. Door had gaps all around (no weatherproofing) so you could hear everything in the hallways and neighboring rooms. Bare minimum supplies in the bathroom. TV still had PPV movies (are we still in the 80s!). No Smart TV, restricted to live TV or paid TV (movies). Restaurants - For the amount of people (at least this weekend), very poor selection of food and drinks near the casino area. Can't even DoorDash to the room because it's a long walk to the lobby from the room. Arcade/Game area - Pleasant and helpful staff and lots of fun games for the kids Parking - Free and plenty of parking, so that was really the only plus for us. Will not be returning to Circus Circus in Reno and definitely not recommending to our friends and family."

Crystal Inn Hotel & Suites Salt Lake City
10/10 Excellent
"They were super friendly and accommodating even during the middle of the night. Very pleasant stay; highly recommend"

Grand Sierra Resort and Casino
6/10 Okay
"Very noisy if you face the pool - concert every friday night, impossible to sleep before 11. We stayed there for a basketball tournament. So many boys running in halls late, very loud and hard to sleep. And I always forget how bad the smoke can get in casinos. Lots to do there, fun bowling alley, good restaurants, convenient to have Starbucks in the lobby. But next time somewhere quiet for us."

Eldorado Reno – A Caesars Rewards Destination
6/10 Okay
"This hotel shouldn't be rated in the 8s, I would give it a 7 at best. It is very convenient location though and the 3 casinos are all intertwined. You can walk between all three without even hardly noticing that you did."

Bally’s Lake Tahoe Casino Resort
4/10 Poor
"dirty rooms. no room service."

Peppermill Resort Spa Casino
2/10 Terrible
"The room was really far from the main entrance, I had a wagon full of kids stuff and had to take 2 elevators and a set of stairs that there was no way around. Staff could not accommodate. The A/C did not work, no windows so it was extremely uncomfortable. I am not the one to complain but this is one of the worst experiences I’ve had."
