playing ball hockey where you’re trying to walk to slot machines. they should have their designated area where the games are and that is it."

"The first night we checked on their was blood stained sheets. And someone else's hair all over the uncleaned shower. This was at almost 11pm when we got to our room with our young children. Management wanted to send you house keeping at almost midnight to clean the room and remake the beds. I told them that wouldn't be an option with my young children already asleep.
