Strand Palace Hotel
Spotlessly clean through out the hotel. Delicious breakfast. Reception staff, so very friendly and helpful. Concierge amazingly helpful. Stayed here often, many years ago and we are back and not going anywhere else.

The Tower Hotel, by Thistle
Great location. Dark, quiet room. Comfortable bed. Nice view even though it wasn’t a room with a tower view. There was a problem with the toilet, we told staff and it was fixed straight away. Park Plaza London Westminster Bridge
Was assigned a room with disability. I feel this room shouldn’t be assigned to a normal guest. It makes the whole experience stay feels like a hospital stay.

Rockwell East
Took two days/requests to get a bath towel (none in the room upon arrival) and the top floor room's shower didn't work or weakly-m/intermittently due to lack of water pressure. Made mornings extra long and uncomfortable.
