The villa was beautiful, well cared for, and thoughtfully equipped, and it truly felt like a home away from home. Otis was responsive, welcoming, and genuinely invested in making sure everything was perfect. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and look forward to staying in his villas again……

“Allen the owner was very friendly and helpful. We rented 2 of his cottages. Each unit was clean and comfortable. Allen included some water, beer and wine. There is a nice beach within steps. I would say the only down side is the road getting in is a bit tough to navigate. There were deep holes and very big rocks to navigate. Overall we would stay again, hopefully the road will be repaired.”

“We had a wonderful three week stay. Great location and the beach is really incredible. The villa was very clean and provided most everything we needed. This was a working vacation for us so having a very reliable wifi was very important and we had no issues. We also met a lot of very nice people in villas which seems to have great community. ”

“Our trip was in February 2025: The weather was sunny with highs around 78 and a slight breeze... perfect! The Villa was very clean and orderly. The king bed was comfortable. The neighborhood was quaint and well kept. The laundry area was immaculate and the General Manager, Shantell, was so kind and helpful. The Villa is literally right next to the pool but you wouldn't know it because they have the sidewalks and shrubbery designed in a way for excellent privacy. To get to the white sand beach,……

“We had a very good stay at Sea Cottage on GTC Abaco. The cottage was clean and comfortable, with a full kitchen, reliable AC, and WiFi that worked well throughout our stay. The location was quiet and convenient, and the host was very helpful and responsive whenever we had questions. Overall, a pleasant and easy stay, and we would be happy to return.”

“This adorable, aptly named, beautifully appointed and restored 'Tucked In' is perfect for 2-4 people. It's dialed in with everything you need. We rented a boat for a week and kept it at the dock. There is a 'no wake zone' out front and it's very protected. We saw sea creatures every day!”
