「There was trash left in our room, I went back down to the desk and ask the night worker was he sure our room was clean, he said where the beds made, to which I replied yes. Then he said we have new people working. So that’s probably why. There was only one washcloth and only 2 towels in the bathroom. I had to go back down and ask for more towels and washcloths, also. WE WILL NOT be staying there again!!」

「Oliver’s rooftop was horrible. Waitress took our drink order and never came back. 30 minutes later my husband went to the bar to get drink, only then did they bring what we ordered originally. Manager came to see how everything was. Told her the waitress never took our food order. Another 10 minutes later waitress comes back takes our order. Once our food came, my husband cut into his steak and it was raw. He ordered medium and they only seared it. So after over an hour of us got get our own...
